“Participating in the Summer School at Baku Engineering University (BEU) was an amazing experience for me. This is the first time I have taught BEU students. We have enjoyed the classes together while gaining a great deal of knowledge and experience.”
These remarks were made by Professor Kim Deok Hwan of the Faculty of Electronic Engineering at INHA University, Republic of Korea, who was one of the lecturers at the three-week Summer School held at BEU and delivered by INHA University faculty members.
As part of the fully state-funded Dual Degree Program jointly implemented by BEU and INHA University, Professor Kim Deok Hwan taught students the course “Creative Engineering Design.” He explained that the course provided students with theoretical knowledge of Python programming and basic switching power supplies, while also introducing them to the use of Arduino boards.
“This is a new experience for the students, as they had no previous knowledge of Arduino boards. I also taught them how to configure the system by working with both its software and hardware components.”
