INHA University Lecturer Highlights the Importance of the Summer School Held at BEU

2023

As previously reported, the three-week Summer School held at Baku Engineering University (BEU) and delivered by faculty members of INHA University, Republic of Korea, has successfully concluded.

Speaking about the Summer School, one of the key components of the Dual Degree Program jointly implemented by the two universities, Kwangbae Kim, a lecturer at the Faculty of Civil Engineering at INHA University, expressed his satisfaction with the program:

“As part of the jointly implemented program, we enjoyed conducting surveying practices with the students using a total station.”

Kwangbae Kim, who teaches Surveying both in Korea and at the BEU Summer School, also shared his insights into the field:

“We have two types of practical training: one is leveling, and the other involves measuring angles and distances using a total station. With a total station, we measure horizontal and vertical angles, as well as horizontal and vertical distances.”

Nureddin Huseynov, a student of the Dual Degree Program, also shared his impressions and highlighted the advantages of the program.
